Due to the amount of registrations exceeding the amount of spots available,
we will be conducting a lottery*.
Lottery results will be sent out by November 24th.

Berlin Balboa Weekend is run as a non-profit organisation by a dedicated team of organisers,
devoting their spare time to create a great festival for all participants.

*To ensure fairness, we use a custom algorithm to allocate available spots,
as we often receive more applications than we can accommodate.

In the interest of transparency, we’d like to add
that the organising team reserves the right
to invite a small number of people as their personal guests.
We do all of the work for free
and celebrating the weekend with friends serves as a form of compensation for us.
