Registration WEEK: 15 October 20.00 CET - 22 OCTOBER 20.00 CET

Once the registration is open, you can choose between:

  • Full Pass: 250€. Includes all classes, tasters, and official nights

  • Party Pass: 150€. Includes all official nights and tasters

Due to a very high demand and limited spots, registration enters you into a lottery — not a guaranteed spot.

The BBW Lottery

Due to a usual high demand and limited space, we’ll be using a lottery system to make registration fair and stress-free.

Here’s how it works:

  • You can register anytime during the registration week:
    Wednesday, 15th October (h 20.00 CET) to Wednesday, 22nd October (h 20.00 CET).

  • Everyone must register individually — each dancer in a couple needs to complete their own separate registration form.

  • After the registration week closes, we will randomly select participants for each pass type separately
    (Full Pass, Party Pass).

  • In the following days, you will receive an email letting you know if you got a spot or if you are on the waiting list.

  • We will aim for a balanced mix of roles and levels.

Registering with a partner for the same pass type increases your chances, as it helps us balance the dance floor.
Just make sure you both sign up and mention each other.
