TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Once we have reviewed your registration and if we have an available spot for you, you will receive a confirmation email with the payment details.

If we have not received your payment within ten days, your registration may be cancelled in order to give other people the chance to participate.

Your registration will not be final until we have received your payment and if you registered with a partner your both payments.

We do not accept partial payments. To secure your spot you have to pay the full amount.

Tickets are nominal. If you need to resell or transfer your ticket, you must contact the organizers first for approval. Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets is not permitted.

If the organizers approve the transfer of the ticket to someone else, the ticket can not be resold for a price higher than the original purchase price.

After purchasing a full pass, you cannot downgrade to an evening or party pass. However, you may swap your pass with someone who has an evening pass, provided they have the same dance role and the exchange is approved by the organisers.

If you have received a spot because you signed up with a partner, your spot is only secured if your partner has also registered and paid. If your partner cancels, you may find a replacement to keep your spot, but this must be requested and approved by the organisers.

If you have to cancel the workshop for any reason we will not be able to give back any money.

If we do not have an available spot you will be added to the waiting list. This can happen if the pass you have applied for is fully booked or if there is a large imbalance between leaders and followers in the workshop.

We cannot make any refunds or cannot accept your application because you have already bought travel tickets or already booked accommodation. You should not book anything till your application is accepted.

Recording of teaching contents / lesson structures and workshop summaries require approval of the trainer.

By registering for Berlin Balboa Weekend every participant agrees to picture and video recordings as well as to the use and publication of such recordings for the purposes of public reporting on the event or of marketing of the services offered on our websites, including in social media.

Balboa in Berlin e.V. reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone during the course of the weekend.

If you behave inappropriately, you may be asked to leave without any refunds given.

Balboa in Berlin e.V. does not take any responsibility for incidents and/or injuries nor for personal items that are lost or stolen during the event.
